Heart Leaf Philodendron is a gorgeous climbing (or trailing) plant and super easy to care for.  It’s also known as the Sweetheart Plant, Heart Leaf Ivy, Heart Shaped Philodendron.

This variety is Philodendron Cordatum and there are 5 to 6 vines per pot.  The height of these plants are approximately 80cm to 90cm including the pot.

Supplied in a 25cm black plastic nursery pot with drainage.
